ATHP (formerly Future54) was founded in 2013 by Adrian Trent, who brought over 20 years of experience from some of Central London’s most prestigious private property firms and international ventures. ATHP is an independent Project Management Consultancy that delivers premium services to the development and construction industry in sectors such as Hotels & Leisure, Residential, and Mixed Use.

Adrian established ATHP to embody core values essential for a successful consultancy, offering top-tier, independent Project Management services. With a background rooted in architecture and surveying, Adrian graduated from Brighton University and formally qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998. He launched his career with leading Central London firms like Hillier Parker May & Rowden and Chesterton International before embarking on a sponsored Project Management role in Sydney, Australia. There, he gained valuable experience managing high-rise commercial office projects for clients including AMP Investments and Colonial First State.

In 2002, Adrian returned to the UK and joined KHK Group as a Project Manager, a role that evolved with KHK’s acquisition by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in 2008. Adrian quickly advanced to Director and Department Lead for JLL’s Hotels & Leisure Project Management divisions, serving prominent clients such as Starwood Capital, Whitbread Premier Inn, 4C Hotels, Kew Green Hotels, The Dorchester Collection, Edwardian Group, and Jurys Inn.
